January 12, 2012 - We used Bill Howe Plumbing for the first time today for water heater installation and were extremely impressed in all respects. Prior to contacting your company, we did extensive research on all San Diego water heater installation companies, their reputation and products. DJ certainly deserves special commendation as he is a great representative of your company. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, neat, honest, courteous, and answered all of our questions and concerns. We couldn’t be happier with the service. Additionally, the “estimate” we were given over the phone was spot on. Ergo, no huge surprises or sales pitches (very appreciated)! Thank you Bill Howe and thank you DJ!
