January 2, 2012 - I want to sincerely thank Rick Diamond who was the on call plumber the evening when my water heater was leaking. He was kind and sympathetic, and not to mention extremely helpful. Over the phone, he helped me temporarily problem solve the leakage so a plumber could come and replace the water heater in the AM. He was very patient as he walked me through the steps to assess where the leakage came from, turning off water to the water heater, draining the water outside of the garage, etc. In addition, he reviewed my warranty with me, and saved me a lot of money! Lastly, to my total surprise, he called me the next morning to make sure the plumber had arrived, and make sure I was being taken care of! I feel this is unprecedented customer service! Kudos to Rick Diamond, Bill Howe is lucky to have him!
