August 18, 2011 - Rick Diamond came to my house last week to give me an estimate on replacement of faucet fixtures in my kitchen and replacement of the sink and faucet fixtures in the bath. At that first meeting, when I explained my short term plans and long term goals for my kitchen and bath, I was very impressed with not only his knowledge, but his honesty and kindness. I was very happy to have him working on my condo and I mentioned that when I called to make an appointment for him to come do the work. When Rick showed up today, he was exactly the same delightful person I had the opportunity to meet last week. I had total faith in his work and, sure enough, he did not disappoint me! He did a beautiful job. You are very luck to have such a delightful and smart person representing your company. That goes a long long way with clients. This job was quite small in comparison, I am sure, to others you have. The fact that Rick treated my place, the job and myself with such respect goes a long way in showing me that Bill Howe is the way to go whenever there is a need for a plumber and, there is no doubt I will ask for Rick whenever I need to work done on my place….even if I have to wait because he’s booked solid! I thank you for having such an excellent person on your staff who obviously has integrity and is a genuinely good person!!! Not to mention that my cat, Lucy, is heartsick that he left today!
