I have no idea what I want. How will you design for me?
Kristy McCloskey will walk you through several exercises to help you clarify your style, color and design preferences. It is helpful for you to find images or other spaces similar to yours that you are drawn to or that you dislike. We will work together to create the ideal space for you.
Will you share some ideas with me for my project before I sign a contract?
During the initial free estimate visit, Kristy and Harry will give you their first impression of the space and discuss possible options. We will not provide any drawings or documentation until a preliminary contract has been signed.
What will I need to prepare?
For the initial visit, we will just need to see the space and be able to take measurements. The more information you can provide as far as what your preferences and needs are, the more accurate the estimate will be.
How long will the project take?
The length of the project will depend on several factors including the permitting process, scale of the project, “lead time” on materials, design decisions and receipt of payments. Once these factors have been evaluated and before the project begins, we will provide you with a timeline and completion date.
Can you work within my budget?
Yes. We will work to figure out what your priorities are for the space and how your budget can best fulfill your needs, whatever that budget may be.
Can you provide renderings? Hand or computer generated?
