Step 4 – Project Implementation

As the work begins, we will order all of the materials and purchase any stock items needed to complete the job. Demolition will begin once all orders have confirmed delivery dates. This minimizes the areas overall “down time”. Next, protective coverings will be put down in all work areas along with the entryway and any work zones. Any potentially breakable or precious/sentimental objects should be put away or removed from the work zones to avoid any accidents.  Finally, once the work is completed we will clean up after ourselves by removing and disposing of all construction debris. Please note that depending on the scope of work and location, we might need to keep a dumpster on site in order to accommodate the given job.

Rest assured that your designated project manager will supervise all construction, in order to ensure the highest quality work. As a result, you can enjoy complete peace of mind knowing that all work will be overseen and inspected for craftsmanship and completeness. Bill Howe Design & Remodeling is thoroughly committed to handling all aspects of the job so you can truly have a stress free experience. The project manager and the designer will be actively involved in the project implementation, so you won’t have to.

Undeniably, communication is critical in the translation between the paper plans and the actual space. Therefore, having the contractor and designer on the same team is an invaluable aspect of Bill Howe Design & Remodeling. It truly sets us apart from the rest and helps your project run as seamlessly as possible!
