After all aspects of the construction and installation process have been completed and the clean up is finished, we will move on to the final project stage, completion. At this point of the project, you will have the opportunity to walk through the new space with your appointed project manager and/or designer to review anything that is not finished or completed to your ultimate satisfaction. For your convenience, we will make a “punch list” of items you feel need our attention and gladly address them in a timely manner. After all, your complete satisfaction is highly important to us, and we want you to keep coming back to us for all of your home project needs for years to come.

We are a family owned and operated business that has served San Diego for 30 years. We pride ourselves on having built our business on quality craftsmanship, reliability and service you can trust. So, please know that we will not collect the final payment until everything on the “punch list” is done, and you are in love with your new space.

As a final step, we would love to take photographs to document your beautiful new space, with your approval of course. Overall, our hope is that our relationship will not end here but continue through future projects and referrals to your friends, colleagues and neighbors.
