We take great pride in our work and our friendly and knowledgeable staff are happy to help with all of your service needs from start to finish. We will set up a time that is convenient for you to come out and take a look at your home or office. While we are there we will take measurements and listen to your ideas and your vision for the space. The second meeting will take place in our Showroom where we will review the Preliminary Estimate with you. We will confirm that everything has been included and answer any questions that you may have.
At this point, we will also provide you with a Project Packet to begin preparing for the work that will be done. The Packet contains a Consumer Checklist, which is a useful tool for thinking about and clarifying what you want. Also included in the packet is a Preliminary Planning Worksheet that will further help to communicate your project goals and expectations. There is also a clear outline of what Our Process includes. Other items that will be passed along to you in the Project Packet are our Proof of Insurance, our Contractor’s License Number, and Frequently Asked Questions.
The last component of the packet is the Preliminary Contract. This will establish the working agreement between the client and Bill Howe Design & Remodeling, Inc. for the Design Development phase of the process. You will have as much time as you need to look that over and review it before signing. We will be happy to answer any questions.
